Growing and harvesting maize is a truly sustainable business and it starts in the fields. Once maize is harvested any remaining maize plant is ploughed back into the field to improve soil structure and fertility.
During the maize milling process itself, 100% of the maize kernel is used for food, absolutely nothing is wasted. In fact, everything about the milling process is natural with no artificial inputs or ingredients, with very little water required – and as we mainly ship in bulk, we use very low levels of packaging. Ours is a natural, quality product, grown and milled in a sustainable way.
